Partners with Families and Children: Spokane was founded in 1988 and is a successful and well-integrated member agency within the region's child welfare and health care communities.

Partners is sponsored by both Deaconess and Sacred Heart Medical Centers through inland Northwest Health Services (INHS), and has its own independent governing board, chosen from the community, which oversees its operations and activities.
